Preparation

  • Season beef with salt. Set a pressure cooker on medium heat to sear. Add oil. And add in beef ribs to sear until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Add more olive oil, add in cut onion, celery and carrots. Season with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Saute until lightly browned.

  • Add in tomato paste, plain flour and mix well.

  • Deglaze with bourbon. Add cola and McCormick GrillMates Vintage Smokehouse BBQ Sauce, McCormick Parsley leaves, McCormick Bay Leaves, McCormick Ground Cayenne Red Pepper, McCormick Onion powder and Beef stock. Mix well.

  • Add beef ribs back in and mix well.

  • Cook in the pressure cooker on low pressure for about 30-40 minutes.

  • Add peeled potatoes to a pot and boil for about 20 minutes.

  • Remove potatoes and mash potatoes through a potato ricer. Add heat 150g milk and 150g butter. McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

  • Open the pressure cooker and check for tenderness. If the sauce is too thin, reduce until thick and luscious.

  • Serve ribs with mash and sauce. Garnish with McCormick Parsley Leaves.
