1-2Servings- 300 g Boneless Chicken Thigh with Skin, diced about 1” size
- 5 tbsps (100 g) McCormick® Grill Mates® Spicy Korean Sauce
- 15 g Vegetable Oil
- 100 g Cabbage, cut into 1” pieces
- 100 g Sweet Potato, sliced about 1cm thick
- 50 g Onion, sliced
- 1 stalk Leek, cut only white part at about 1” length
- 1 piece Long Green Chili, sliced
- 50 g Tteokbokki, boil till soft and ready to cook
- 2 tbsps (30 g) Water (optional)
- 75 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 stalks Spring Onion, thinly sliced for decoration
