  • 300 g Boneless Chicken Thigh with Skin, diced about 1” size
  • 5 tbsps (100 g) McCormick® Grill Mates® Spicy Korean Sauce
  • 15 g Vegetable Oil
  • 100 g Cabbage, cut into 1” pieces
  • 100 g Sweet Potato, sliced about 1cm thick
  • 50 g Onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk Leek, cut only white part at about 1” length
  • 1 piece Long Green Chili, sliced
  • 50 g Tteokbokki, boil till soft and ready to cook
  • 2 tbsps (30 g) Water (optional)
  • 75 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 stalks Spring Onion, thinly sliced for decoration

Preparation

  • Mix Grill Mates Spicy Korean Sauce with diced chicken thigh and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Add oil in the pan, layer with cabbage, sweet potato, onion, leek, tteokbokki, long green chili and topped with chicken thigh.

  • Bring the pan over medium high heat and start cooking by mixing everything together till completely cooked. Add water to adjust consistency.

  • Top with Mozzarella Cheese and mix well right before serving or burn with a torch to get grilling effect. Serve hot.
