  • 2 pieces Lotus Leaf Buns
  • 2 pieces Fried Chicken Patty
  • 30 g Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 30 g Carrot, finely shredded
  • McCormick® Grill Mates® Sichuan Mala Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves, as garnish
  • Peanuts, roasted, chopped, as garnish
  • White Sesame Seeds, toasted, as garnish

Preparation

  • Steam the Lotus Leaf Buns till warm and soft. Set aside.

  • Slice cucumber and shred carrot. Set aside.

  • Deep fry chicken patty in Grill Mates Sichuan Mala Sauce, or drizzle if less spicy level is preferred. Set aside.

  • Layer sliced cucumber on the bun, followed by chicken patty and shredded carrots.

  • Sprinkle with coriander leaves, chopped peanuts and white sesame seeds.
