4Servings- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds, lightly toasted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Serve this tasty rice side dish with roast chicken or herbed shrimp,

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rice. Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Stir in broth,garlic powder,parsley and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low,then cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in almonds and Parmesan cheese.
