- 1/2 tsp McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground

- 450 g pork tenderloin

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients,except pork,in a small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons for brushing.
Place pork in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade and turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavour. Remove pork from marinade and place in a shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining marinade.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from oven. Brush pork with reserved marinade. Broi forl 5 to 10 minutes or until pork is lightly charred.
