Heat up a wok with some oil at medium heat. When the oil starts to smoke, add in ikan bilis to deep fry till they turn light golden brown.
Remove the ikan bilis and remove away the oil before setting aside on a tray with kitchen towel.
Heat up the same wok with some oil at high heat and do a sunny side-up egg to set aside for use later.
Heat up the wok again till it is smoking then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Reduce to low heat and add in McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, Minced Garlic and Minced Onion.
Stir fry for a few seconds and add in rice. Turn up the heat and stir fry rice, reducing lumps and ensure that it is evenly spread out.
Season fried rice with fish sauce and McCormick® Ground White Pepper to your liking. Finally add in ikan bilis and do a quick mix over high flame.
Sprinkle spring onion slices and toss with rice evenly to finish off. Lay the sunny side-up egg by the side to serve.
