  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 570 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 can (430 g) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (425 g) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (113 g) chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 2 tbsp McCormick® Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp McCormick® Onion Powder
  • 113 g tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped, green onions

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • Stir in corn,tomato sauce,chilli,chili powder and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low,and cook for 10 minutes,stirring occasionally.

  • To serve,spoon chicken mixture over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Serve with sour cream if desired.
