Preparation

  • Spread unsalted butter on burger bun and toast.

  • Make kimchi ranch by combining mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, chopped kimchi, McCormick Onion Powder and McCormick Garlic Powder together. Keep chilled.

  • Assemble the burgers by spooning a small amount of the kimchi ranch on the burger heel. Place fried chicken patty on top and drizzle with Grill Mates Spicy Korean Sauce, followed by more kimchi ranch, cabbage and coriander. Close the burger with the burger crown. Serve and enjoy!
