  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp perfect pinch salt free garlic herb seasoning
  • 460 g boneless beef sirloin steak, (about 2.5cm thick)

Preparation

  • Mix oil,soy sauce and seasoning in a small bowl. Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade and turn to coat well.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavour. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

  • Grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
