Preparation

  • In a wide pot over low heat, add olive oil and butter.

  • Add sliced onions, season with McCormick Sea Salt Grinder, and saute for about 20 minutes until caramelized.

  • Season with McCormick Black Pepper Grinder, McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Onion Powder and deglaze with Dry vermouth.

  • Cook for about 3 minutes and add in Beef stock. Bring to boil and cook for about 5 minutes.

  • Add in San Remo Pasta - Fusillini and cook for 7 minutes.

  • Transfer soup with pasta into individual oven-proof bowls.

  • Top with cheese and add into a 200°C for about 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot.
