Preparation

  • Add McCormick® Ground Turmeric, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt and cooking oil to a bowl of chicken parts. Mix well to ensure the chicken parts are evenly coated and leave them aside to chill for 4 hours or overnight.

  • Heat up a wok of oil till you see smoke rising from oil.

  • Lightly coat chicken parts with all-purpose flour and deep fry for 9 to 10 mins.
