  • 2 cups Mixed Green Salad
  • 1 cup Grilled Chicken, diced
  • 1/2 Apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame
  • 2 tbsp Crispy Noodle Flake
  • Ginger Citrus Sesame Dressing
  • 1/3 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp, McCormick® Ginger, Ground
  • 1/4 tsp, McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp, McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder

Preparation

  • For Colorful Crunchy Salad, mix everything and put in a bowl.

  • For Ginger Citrus Sesame Dressing, add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Add more ginger powder or garlic powder if preferred. Serve over Colorful Crunchy Salad immediately or transfer to a jar or container to store up to a week in the fridge.

  • Season with some McCormick Black Peppercorn for additional kick and aroma.
