Preparation

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices in the oven or air fryer at 170°C for 5 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.

  • Mix cream cheese with McCormick Black Pepper & Truffle Flavoured Shake Shake Seasoning till well incorporated. Season with grinded McCormick Black Pepper if desired.

  • Spread Black Pepper & Truffle Cream Cheese on sourdough bread. Layer with smoked salmon and sprinkle with garnishes such as chopped spring onion and pickled shallots (optional) on top. Serve.
