Preparation

  • Pat the salmon dry to help it crisp. Drizzle the olive oil on the fillets, then sprinkle about ½ tbsp of Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides. Pat and coat the fish well.

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

  • Once air fryer is preheated, place salmon fillets skin-side down for 6-7 minutes. The fish will continue cooking as it rests.

  • For a quick fix, mix instant mashed potatoes powder as suggested on the package. (Alternatively, you can make your own mashed potatoes). Add McCormick Black Pepper & Truffle Flavoured Shake Shake Seasoning and mix well to get Truffle Mashed Potatoes.

  • Serve with grilled salmon steak and garnish with McCormick Parsley Flakes (optional).
