Preparation

  • Place non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add olive oil and let it heat up a little. In a medium bowl, add eggs, whipping cream and milk. Whisk until combined. Add to non-stick skillet and leave undisturbed.

  • Once the edge of the eggs starts to cook slightly, gently fold eggs over each other to cook the eggs more and prevent them from browning. Remove from heat right before the eggs finish cooking.

  • Sprinkle chopped spring onion and McCormick Black Pepper & Truffle Flavoured Shake Shake Seasoning onto eggs. Add McCormick Sea Salt and McCormick Black Pepper if desired.

  • Serve scrambled eggs on toast or with sausage for breakfast, brunch, or as a quick light meal.
